Before commencing anti-floating concrete construction, the following conditions must be met:

⑴ The base layer is clean and free of water or debris;

⑵ All written inspections and concealed records have been signed and completed;

⑷ Site access is unobstructed, construction power distribution boxes are connected to backup power points, and leakage protection devices are installed as required, along with leakage protection measures.
